Erica has been in business since I was a little girl. She knows her stuff and does a beautiful job. Many of her clients are like family. That's when you know a place is good!

Got eyelash extensions done here and they came out really bad. Staff here is kind of rude also. My eyelashes looked terrible and so tacky and not professionally done. I have had this service done many times and this was by far the worst. I don't recommend this place but I only had eyelashes done. Perhaps their hair services are better.

Erika is a great human being and her place is awesome! I love visiting this place. Nails and hair always look great!

Only reason I gave ot 1 star is becuase I had to put at least one star for rating. If you want the truth, I would rate it a -5. Horrible service! I work in hospitality I know service. I booked an apointment before vacation and when I called to confirm they said I never had an apointment. I asked if they could accomodate me since they screwed up with scheduling, they said NO. They blamed it on some girl who was away that week. After vaca I had to use the voucher (groupon) they gave me an available apointment for 3 weeks.When I got there I waited 45 min to be taken in. Too much to write the rest of the poor experience I've encountered. Nobody has any professional etiquette. RUN, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE HERE!!
