Amazingly talented staff, I have taken my grandma three times now. She has Alzheimer's and is in her 80's, she doesn't get around easily and has a hard time understanding things, but they treated her like a queen! Very compassionate towards the elderly, and really was very respectful! Its nice to be able to relax and watch her smile everytime while I enjoy a glass of wine while being pampered!

The people are great.They treat you like a friend. My nails looked amazing. My toes where in Haven. Thanks! This is the only place I will go to get my nails done.

The people are very nice and pleasant, however they didn't understand when I told them I wanted to get acrylic nails. They started a natural manicure and I had to remind her several times that I was getting acrylic nails. I ended up being passed to 4 different nail techs, and waiting for one for 30 mins because the tech doing my nails was in training and couldn't do the next step until it was approved.There wasn't a very good selection of colors, nor could they put a peace sign on one nail. They refused to freehand it, and insisted on using stamps, but they didn't have anything close to what I wanted. After 10 mins of watching him struggle with the stamps I just went for all black nails. I was there 2 hours and did not leave with what I had gone in for, they also charged me more than was originally stated.
