I used to visit this salon years ago and left because of the manager. The technician that does my nails now and has been for about 3 years left her place and now she is located there. I spend lots of money there but I do not like the manager. I feel he is very unfriendly to certain clients. My money is just as good as anyone else. I love the girl who does my nails and pedicure and eyebrows but I’m afraid I’m going to have to tell her once again I’m going to have to leave. I know it want matter to him because his business is booming so what if he lose my business again. It doesn’t matter to him. I see the difference the way he treats certain ones. I wish there was a place we could go and would not have to put up with such. I guess I’ll keep looking.

I went in to get my nails done with just regular gel polish and he rushed through it very fast. The paint looks horrible, parts of the brush was left in the paint, and looks very sloppy. I also got a pedicure and he only filed my toes down and put lotion on my legs! Again, the gel polish on my toes look sloppy and the paint looks horrible! After i explained what was wrong, I was hoping they would offer to fix it, but they only gave me a coupon for the next time I come back. But after my experience here, I don’t know if I want to come back.

I have been going to Fashion Nails since October 2012. I am very happy with the service. The attendants are friendly and professional, especially Richard and Nina; the owners. Mai does my pedicures and is very friendly and caring. I have both manicures and pedicures every three weeks. I prefer appointments but they take walk-in people. They serve adults and children. I highly recommend this salon!

Went for a simple gel manicure. The guy clipped my skin twice leaving one finger bleeding for an hour. He kept putting a solution or acetone on it to try and stop it from bleeding, so it just kept burning as well. Not relaxing. He didn't shape my nails how I asked, and he did a sloppy paint job. When I kept asking him to fix the shape and paint, he didn't. Someone else had to fix it. So now they're all different shapes and uneven. I hate to be picky, but this was bad. I still ended up paying $30 for just a basic gel polish manicure despite all of that.

I used to love this place until the owner started working full time. He always micro manages his employees and constantly over books. The last three times I’ve made appts we waited for over an hour each time to be seen. Super disappointing
