I’m usually not a bad reviewer but this place was super unorganized. Getting your nails done should be a pleasant experience and it was not that way. I called beforehand about the price for dip nails and they told me it was $30, then when I got there they say it was $50. So instead, I just got my dip nails taken off for $10. They started me and moved on to two other ladies that walked in after me for pedicures. I waited in the chair for 45 minutes before they came back over to me to take off my nails that should’ve taken at most 20 minutes. They were almost finished giving the other ladies pedicures when I finally asked what was going on. When I went to pay, they informed me they don’t take credit cards when I JUST heard the other nail technician tell her client they do. Then the owner seemed unsure of the minimum on taking cards. She first said it was $11/$12 minimum then later told me it was $13/$14 all while there is no sign saying there is any minimum at all. I feel like I got put at the end of the line because my service wasn’t as expensive as the other people in the place. They were not friendly at all and very inattentive.

This is the only salon in the area that doesn’t kill your natural nails. I get the gel polish and they don’t sand it down like the others... it makes your nails so thin!

I have found my fav salon on island! Wendy is my absolute favorite for pedicures, she is so professional and does an amazing job from start to finish. I appreciate her for taking time to take care of details! This place truly is a SPA like their name says. I always leave happily refreshed and their gel manicure polish colors are so beautiful and there’s a million to choose from! The manager makes sure to keep the facility clean and well taken care of! Stop at Island Brew for a snack when you’re pau with your spa treatment!
