I had been struggling with my pedicures because my usual tech did not work at the salon I usually go to anymore for a year. I randomly chose this place to try to find someone to do my toes as I like. To my surprise I found my long lost tech and I was thrilled! LEÎN ( I think that is how you spell her name) is very gentle, takes her time, and accommodates you as best she can. I highly recommend her pedicures and gel manicure. I am very picky when it comes to pedicures so it was nice to see her once again. I do suggest to go in b4 12pm because it does get busy real fast. Lucky enough I took cash with me today. I had no idea about the card issue until I saw these reviews so that is a con. Also I don't know if the esthetic of the salon is supposed to be dark but for me personally more lighting would be better.

The guy next to Nancy always hooks me up! He’s great and does an amazing job! He’s attentive and takes his time to do whatever design I ask of. It’s sad sometimes I see him not getting tipped, he is very nice!

I always go to this salon so I’m very disappointed in the service and how rude the nail tech was when I was trying to explain what I wanted. A very popular nail trend that i think most salons know of and I tried to teach them how to achieve the look and they simply brushed me off and said we don’t do that here when they have all of the materials needed to do what it is i asked for. All I wanted was milky white nails.

The front desk receptionist started doing my daughters nails and it was a disaster from the start. She was filing off regular polish like it was gel. After stopping her she then appeared to be practicing painting polish on her. It looked bad. The woman then removed her mask to cough and did so on her hand. She did not sanitize or wash her hands after. She subsequently grabbed my daughters hand with the one she coughed on. The woman beside her was very nice and removed the bad polish job so we could leave. Very disappointed after hearing such good reviews.

Very kind lady I got. My nails look amazing for graduation and can’t wait to show them off. Very relaxing only thing is I would make an appointment or go when it’s not busy because we did have to wait a little only because me and my friend wanted to be together
