I have come here for about 5 years now and have never had such a bad experience. Well not experience but service. I got my eyebrows done today and Im not exaggerating when she took less than a MINUTE to do them. Usually it consists of waxing, trimming, and plucking. She waxed and handed me the mirror and at first glance they did look okay. I went home to look at my new brows (what girl doesn't love getting them done) and I notice that not only are there so many random hairs that could have been simply plucked and THAT THEY ARE UNEVEN. I MEAN LIKE A GOOD AMOUNT UNEVEN. One is vertical to my tear duct while the other reaches where my base of my nose hits my forehead. I was so mad and started to try to make them not only even but look like I even got them done. I called and was told "you don't remember who did them, how am I supposed to help you" word for word. No apology or even offer to try and make the situation better. Since I have been going for so long, I know the policy of no refunds but an apology for THEIR mistake would have been appreciated. I am so disappointed and they lost a customer who they know by name.

My daughter had her eyebrows waxed yesterday and was left with burns above and below her eyebrows, extremely sore last night to touch. Showed manager today who pretended he couldn’t see anything and then said it was normal after 24 hrs to have red marks. Argumentative, no apology, would not give money back for service. I hope this doesn’t happen to you. Please be aware of our poor experience

The service is Horrible!!! Be careful! The prices start Low then they Over Charge you for services! The sign outside the nail salon says $22 but you will be paying $40-50 just for Nail service when you finish!!! Not Honest at all!! Also my daughter nails started coming off 2 days later!! Warning!! Please read the reviews to save yourself some money and time!!

My oh my, Tiffany does the best nails ever, especially her pink and white! Fast, and while I DREAD the mall, they're $5+ less expensive on some services.

My husband and I have been going here for years. We only go to Dave for our eyebrow waxing. The ladies are always nice here too for spa pedi's. I like that they have a private section for small parties too.
