Very professional, and a great way to celebrate a little princess birthday. Inside of the spa is so girly and pretty that pictures doesn’t do the place any justice, and let me not forget the runway stage they have. I Recommend this place it’s so fun!

I had my daughter Sarah Morris birthday party here. It was absolutely beautiful!! The owner Ms. Brown is a beautiful person inside and out!!!!

This has got to be the worst black owner business. So u professional and ghetto. Absolutely no class and totally ruined my daughters birthday. An appointment was set for my daughter and her friends and sisters and the owner cancelled the appointment without calling us to do something else. When approached about the situation the typical ghetto response from a low class person was given. She said she thought we would see it on social media that there was a change as if people don't have jobs and go looking at social media everyday. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy or even my dog.

The party was not very organized. She did not clearly explain what was included in the party package, and attempted to charge me more the day before the party. I never received my invitations. I had to get them made myself after I kept calling and texting her to see where the invitations were. After promising to have them she called and gave an excuse as to why she didn't have them and sent me a terrible invitation she had rushed and made on PhotoGrid. I was only given ten dollars off a 550 dollar party, for that inconvenience. They were still setting up when my party should have started, but seemed to rush us out and started giving manicures on two walk-in customers while we were still there! Instead of cleaning up before their next party which was set to start start in less than 30 minutes It was noticeably hot in there, to the point some of the parents began to complain. I got there 15 mins before my party started and the bathroom was still dirty, then she seemed upset with the fact I brought it to her attention. You could tell the floors had not been swept or moped. For the money I paid I felt I should have received more and better service. She seems to be a nice person but she does not handle her business well. The girls spent quite a bit of time running around aimlessly because it wasn't enough workers available to render the spa services on the girls. She should have had more people working and or some type of activity in between for the girls to do. Would not recommend this place to anyone
