Nail Lua is the best! The managers, Anthony & Casey are so kind and really ensure that everyone’s experience is great. The place is clean and the nail technicians are talented, especially Lynn! No better place to get your nails done.

Have been going here since it opened, I see Kaci for my nails and she by far the best nail artist I've ever had. She will get you The Perfect shape! Great selection of nail colors in dip, gel, and regular polish. I prefer the dip and shellac on my toes! I always go to Mai for my Pedi's she gives a great massage, is super sweet, and does an awesome job!!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve gone to Tom the past two times and have never had my nails stay on as long/ look as good and I’m at three weeks now and not one has budged! The first time I came in and the manager sat with me and removed my nails and was telling me about his wedding love how there’s a family atmosphere here!! (Wish the champagne for the mimosas was a bit better)

Do Not Go to this salon. The lady manager and Anthony are very rude. They have horrible customer service and attitude. Don’t waste your time and money on this salon.

The first time I went here 9 months ago I had a great experience. This time I brought a friend and left with bruises. One of the male attendants was extremely rough on my feet and legs with the pedicure. I kept telling him it was too hard, let out "ows" when it hurt, started moving my legs away when it was too rough since he did not adjust after verbal callouts. Then I had enough and asked the person next to me to help me make him understand. I told her he was hurting me. They replaced him making note that "He is very rough with women. Some women like that." What? No one likes to be hurt when they go to a nail salon. They completed the pedicure with a new person and the manicure was done by someone else. The manicurist left a pretty deep cut on my finger. When I again said "ow" her response was "oh I forgot, you're sensitive." It's deep under my nail and bleeding now that I'm home. Again, I don't think bleeding is just being "sensitive." I'm sad to have such a poor experience after my first one was so pleasant. It's obviously hit or miss with these guys and based on the individual salon stylists. But walking away with a $3 discount for painfully rough experience seems like great customer service and loyal customers is not the goal here.
