I have been going to this place for awhile and to be honest, I've never been fully satisfied, yet Kim started doing my nails and they were good. I am not from here so I don't know of many shops and never took the time to find another salon to go to. My last visit was horrible. I had my nails done on Sunday and had to go back there on Tuesday because all nails had chipped. Now it is 2 days later and my nail is chipping again. Kim rushed on this last visit and I am highly disappointed. I will never go to this salon again. I should've been found another salon to go to long ago....they barely greet you if you're an African American.

This used to be decent place till Annie was the owner. They used to be efficient and quality of work was good. Scheduling has always been the problem. Since the owner has changed, this place is difficult to recognize. Slow and inefficient (simple manicure can take 30-45 minutes), poor quality (dipping doesn’t last a week). 1.5 employees speak English. Unprofessional and unappreciative of customers. Very disappointing.

Everyone in this establishment is so pleasant. It is clean, COVID friendly, and it’s ran smoothly. They are extremely busy but they do not neglect any of their customers and are apologetic for the wait times. I absolutely love this place and I will be a customer for a long time.

I like the fact that the water bath is lined and discarded after your pedicure. My technician was very helpful in my selection and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. I never felt she was rushing and the end result was beautiful. I am very happy and will return again asking for the same girl. I highly recommend Dream Nail Salon
