Originally went in for a manicure and pedicure.. I'm assuming this woman was the owner and was belittling the obviously new front desk clerk. I picked out my color and went back for my pedicure. The woman , very nice, spent like 10 minutes on my feet. Hardly scrubbed or filed anything. I decided to NOT get my nails done. 10 minutes for $30 ... Prices are outrageous. Don't do it!

Overpriced for the service. Got a pedicure today, I’ve never been more dissatisfied. He rushed my pedicure.. &for what I don’t know .. because they were damn near empty. I come to relax not rushed through and mediocre service at that. My toe nails have no shape he didn’t file them or clean under the nail or anything. the massage was supposed to be 10 minutes and it was 3. Will not return. I’m so angry I spent my money here. La nails in Exeter is better.

I went in for a pedicure today, the lady doing my feet, was very nice, the water was freezing , then she rinsed my legs and feet with cold water , towels she wrapped my legs in were cold, everything was a big rush, the place was amazing looking but that was it that was great about this place. The women staff were rude and loud. I ended up stopping the pedicure , still paid $25 for them to do nothing but soak my feet in cold water . I recorded it all. Now I see why there are so many bad reviews on this place . Not worth time or money.

Got a refill last week and it doesn't even look like I had my nails refilled. The guy doing my nails did not even take the refill back to my cuticles. I asked for a simple heart design on one nail and what i ended up with was a pink blob. There are also pieces of dust painted into the nail. The entire thing looks terrible and was very rushed. He was in such a rush he cut my finger open with the file. Waste of money, paid $40 and my nails look worse than they did when I went in. Won't go here ever again.

Do not go here.
First when I walked in NO ONE was around, very first customer and 3 people asked me what I wanted and no one did anything to get me seated or made me feel welcomed or acted as if they wanted my service.
Posted a picture of my two thumbs above. I ran in here because they open at 9:30 am on Saturday’s and I needed to get my nails done quickly. I got the dip manicure. She cut my thumb and it was horribly sore and got very infected, doctors, and an antibiotic to fix a manicure gone wrong.
Don’t waste time, or money. It looks clean when you walk in as it’s a very nice building but their equipment is not taken care of or cleaned properly. I witnessed the tools being used on my nails being passed to the person next to me without them being changed, cleaned, wiped to then do the next persons nails.
Save your self the time, risk, and money!!!!
UPDATE:
I have called 3 times. Spoke to 3 different receptionist all saying the owner would give me a call, left my name and number.
I have received one call back from the number of the salon but no message was left.. but since I have called back and spoke with receptionists who have answered the phone, I haven’t even got a return phone call. $51.00 for my nails, a doctor bill, and a lot of pain. I have told numerous people about my experience and 2 other nail salons in the area.
DO NOT GO HERE.
Will update another picture of my thumb so everyone can see what they have caused and how much worse it got before it got better.
