I recently started getting bad acne and I could not figure out what it was from. I was recommended by a friend to see Arpana, the esthetician, and I was more than happy with the service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Arpana talked me through exactly what should be done to help my skin and did a great job with the treatment. I would highly recommend Arpana and Details Salon.

I first saw Dee at Detail Hair Salon in 2016, after being diagnosed with Alopecia Areata. I had patches of hair that had fallen out, and I had no idea if it was going to get worse or not. Dee was recommended to me by someone, so I went to see her. She was absolutely lovely. I was an emotional wreck at the time, due to my hair falling out, and she was so understanding and kind to me. She showed me some really nice hair pieces that could help me, and recommend hair care products that I could use. Fast forward 2 years, and my hair has grown back, thankfully, but a lot of it grew back white, and I also had a lot of grey. I hadn’t dyed my hair for 2 years, hadn’t had a hair cut, or even flat ironed my hair during the entire 2 year period, as I just wanted to leave it alone and let it grow. I felt like I looked like an old lady, with so much white / grey, and did not feel like myself at all. I hated my hair, and used to avoid going out because I felt ugly. I went to see Dee again a week or so ago, and she was so amazing. She is so understanding, kind, and patient. She talked me through all of the color options and what would be best to use on my hair. She did 3 color tests on my hair, and a skin test, to make sure I wouldn’t have any bad reactions to the dye. She dyed my hair and put beautiful highlights in it. Not only that, but she was genuinely excited and happy for me, and couldn’t wait to see what it looked like once it was all done. She also gave me an amazing cut, and shaped my hair so nicely. I can’t believe how much better I look AND feel. I feel like my old self again. I am in LOVE with my hair now. I would HIGHLY recommend Dee and Detail Salon Professionals. Every single one of the ladies that work there are lovely. They all remembered my name from the first time I saw them 2 years ago, and they all told me how beautiful my hair looked once it was finished. Dee does a lot of work for people with Alopecia, attends conferences and shows for Alopecia, and is very knowledgeable on it. I highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with Alopecia, and even to anyone who isn’t - she is an amazing hairdresser! I can’t thank Dee and the ladies at Detail Salon Pros enough. I will definitely be going here for all of my hair needs from now on. Their kindness, understanding, and genuine care for their clients really does make all the difference.

Love Susan, Dee and Carrie. The three have been doing my hair for 4 years with precision and care. Jenniffer is an amazing massage therapist who takes the food one to Adrea. Major concerns with getting to know the client. I have now worked with them personally as a clinical skin care therapist for over four years and love this crew with all my heart. ❤️ Hair by @detailssalon make up by @Skinology.
