I hate this place. I booked an appointment and stated that i wanted a loose wave perm. I arrived early and i even showed the lady a picture if wat i wanted. She said she would do it n had alot of experience with perms. I trusted her, but wen she was done instead of getting big loose waves i got stupid poodle curls. Idk why she would use such small curls wen i told her i wanted big waves. I hate it and it was a waste of money and time. She ruined my hair. I have tried jcp salon before and was hoping this experience wouldnt be as bad as the last, but they are just horrible. Will never go back. EVER.

I had really bad experience. I went to jc penny salon for ombré look but the hairdresser fried my hair. He left bleach for almost 2 hours, plus he tangled my hair so much that even he couldn’t comb my hair for long time, overall I was dere for 4 hours. I spent $150 to ruin my hair and I didn’t like the color, I had to pay another place to fix my haircut and my hair is still fried. Please don’t ruin your hair and waste your money.

I asked her not to dye my roots and she ended up bleaching them so the top of my hair is golden brown and the bottom is ash brown and looks almost EXACTLY the same color as when I went in not worth 130$

I've had Nancy cut my hair twice now. I'm mixed, and my hair is wavy and thick. Every time I leave the salon, I feel fabulous. My hair looks great, and I get so many compliments. The pricing is so reasonable, too! I take my son here too for his haircuts.

My daughter and I have been going to the Salon for the past two years. They are friendly, have very reasonable prices, are open later than most places, open on Sundays and always have deals on the hair products. We recently both had major haircuts....Thanks Ariel E.!
