I have been coming here for almost 3 years now. I have had several of their services. They do an excellent job and if there is something I’m not 100% satisfied with they are extremely apologetic about it and fix it without a fuss. I also enjoy that I have never experienced any drama amongst the staff or with or from their customer. Very professional. I have referred all my friends and brought my sisters and mom when they come to visit. My husband, son, and daughter come here to get pampered too. Unfortunately, I can’t communicate with them very well and sad to admit that after 3 years I haven’t learned their names. That’s on me though not them. I’m not very inquisitive. Prices are reasonable especially when I come every 3 - 4 weeks.

Went in for pedicures and we were told to pick a color, take a seat, and someone would be with us shortly. An hour later, those in the pedicure chairs finished up and were brought to have their manicures/whatever done. No concern whatsoever to let us know that there would be a considerable wait for us to be serviced. Absolutely unacceptable. If we had been told there was a wait, we may have come back later. Instead, we waited an hour with no communication. Knowing we wouldn't be services any time soon, we walked out.

I LOVE FANCY NAILS!! I brought my mother in law and she fell in love too.
