Wanted french acrylic nails n the lady who did them kept telling me " You have nice nails". I left satisfied. BUT, 5 days later the edges closes to my cutials started to turn a cloudy white. I went back 7 days later. I showed the lady my nails and she had the NERVE to tell me "I told you, you had thin nails". I said What?!??!! She said "you have thin nail". I responded and told her NO. And i told her I have never had this happen before EVER. So i went to sit down and wait for her and she say she could not help me and what time could I be there the next day. I told her 5 o'clock. The next day I arrived about 5:20 and the lady who was supposed fix my nails had left. There was only 1 lady there working. And that lady was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She started telling me "You said you be here 5"! "You no here 5"! I told her I got stuck in traffic. Again this lady tells me "You say you be here 5"! I then told I want my money back. She say " I can't do nothing. " I no know nothing"! Again this lady tells me "You say you be here 5"!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE GO TO THIS PLACE. I had to go to another salon and I was given 2 options re-do them or try and see if they could fix my nails but no promises if they would look right. I spend a total of $60 dollars in less then 2 weeks. Never again will I return to First Lady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I broke a nail today and I went to this salon for the first time ever to get it repaired.
Dreary looking salon.. Anyway, The woman said it would be $10.00 to repair ONE NAIL.
I asked her why since a full set is not THAT much more. She didn't answer. Then I just said.. OK whatever. . I'll pay you the $10.00.
Then she said.. just go somewhere else. I said.. are you kidding Me?
She didn't answer.
I said.. No problem. I left.. went up the street .. and paid $5.00
How rude are those women though!
I will never go back to First Lady nail salon again.

The service here is friendly and personable. My nails always come out looking healthy and attractive.

Super friendly and attentive! They helped me pick out a good spring color and were happy to add a little bling for my sparkly side!
