I went here as part of a bridal party today and we had an awesome experience! The staff was friendly, accommodating and detail oriented. We had a great time and all left very happy

They're are ALWAYS professional and friendly. I've had my eyebrows, eyelashes, and nails done and they do a great job every single time! :)

I have never had a problem here until now, I made an appointment which they did stuck to unlike most places and the staff were very friendly. I had called ahead earlier that day to make sure they could do ombré French tips which they confirmed they could. I asked for coffin nails and one hand is completely different than the other, one is pointy and one is coffin like they are supposed to be. When she proceeded to paint them they were not turning out how they were supposed to and look nothing like what I asked for. They are blotchy and my nails have lots of bubbles in them. This was not worth the $50 I paid and I am sad to be writing this type of review.

They are wonderful! Your nails will look great. Try getting your lashes done, too. Vivienne is great.

I went in with my now ex girlfriend to get both of our nails done. Acrylic. The lady who did them was very stuck up and she ended up tearing my cuticle. As she was placing the tips I noticed a few weren't quite straight and told her multiple times and she ignored me completely. At the end my ex ended up taking hers off when we got home because they looked horrible and weren't straight and I clipped mine as far down as possible then ended up soaking them off the day after. They'd weren't straight, the polish job sucked, the tips didn't even fit my nail properly, I had exposed nail on either side, and it was an all around crappy experience that was not worth the money I paid. Haven't gone back since and don't plan on ever going back.
