Loved this place! Stopped in after leaving Chick-fil-a! I’m new to the area but this will be my new nail salon! Mary was amazing - she took her time and made sure everything was perfect!
All of the ladies are professional and courteous plus their prices are amazing! Highly recommend Milan Nails!!

Had the worst experience here today. Would liked to speak to Management before putting this establishment on social media blast. I am going to give them until Tuesday.
Monday morning. I called asked to speak to the owner. The lady that answered said, “ he isn’t here”. I asked for his name and she hung up. Looks like they are not well trained in customer service or they have something to hide. I don’t even want to give them one star.

I usually don’t write reviews...but this calls for it. Went in there today for a fill in 45 mins before they close. I come here regularly as it’s near my house. There was only one customer and 3 technicians. They told me they were busy and had an appointment and could not help me and basically pushed me out the door. I thought something was up so I called. The same technician picked up and said that they had customers waiting and won’t be accepting anymore. Mind you, no one was waiting! If you don’t want any customers past a certain time then maybe it’s time to change your hours. I will never return here. If it was possible, I would give zero stars!

Don’t ever go there!! Staff are rude, unprofessional and sometimes weird!
Place is clean, but service is so bad. One of the girls there is making faces and they gossip about costumers in their own language, so very unprofessional.

The nail salon is clean. I went with a bridal party and when the bride asked for a specific nail design we had to wait for one specific technician, which was inconvenient. Also they advertised a discount for bridal parties which I don’t think we ever received when we checked out.
