They have a sign out front for a spa pedicure for 11.99 so I thought since it was in the vicinity of where I needed to go I would try it out. I went in at 4:50pm on a Friday. They sat me down almost immediately and started my water. They had a total of 5 workers all working with other ladies mostly on full sets or fills. I would be the next in line as soon as someone finished. I was there until 5:45pm until I finally got helped. She pulled my feet out of the water and grabbed an emery board. She filed the top of my nails. Then she put on some cuticle softner cut a little skin away. Grabbed lotion and rubbed me for a few seconds. After that she threw a hot towel on my legs rubbed off the lotion and began painting my nails. She never trimmed my nails or ingrowns. When I asked her she said it was going to be two dollars per nail. I think that made her upset when I wanted that done. She halfway painted my nails. Never clipped them or anything. I am very disappointed in their so-called "spa pedicure" all I ended up getting was a half assed paint job.
