I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Chic Nails. The salon is beautiful and modern, it seems to me like they have the latest up to date nail technology. I was very impressed. My technician, Heath, was very helpful and did amazing work. He explained the differences between shellac and powder dip, talked through the shape I wanted so I felt very confident, and helped me pick a color! He (and the woman who brought me to my station) were incredibly professional and welcoming.
I get my nails done regularly and this is one of the first times in the last year where I left a salon feeling fully satisfied. With the finished product AND the overall experience.
I went around 2 pm on a Thursday (called ahead but walked right in) and the salon was very quiet and peaceful with relaxing music and no loud talking.
The one thing that disrupted the peace was the sound of the suction vents they have at every station. They are all connected so when one person covers theirs (imagine the sound of putting your hand over a vacuum hose) it made a loud constant noise that I eventually got used to but once it was shut off it was apparent how loud it was.

My wife went here. The woman handing her pedicure was distracted by a (her?) toddler child. She used her equipment beyond an appropriate level and my wife was injured.
Some folks may have had good experiences. I may be possible but it is not a sure bet and there is a realistic chance you could be harmed for the worse.
This occurred right before a wedding and my wife's injury limited her ability to stand for long periods, a usual desire and custom at a wedding reception.

Went this morning, they were able to take me on a short notice. Atmosphere was great. Staff was professional and up front about pricing/nail designs and color fading. Was there a little longer than expected and my nail didn’t talk too much, but he was still very friendly and made sure I was happy with my nails! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I liked how they did my pedicure. They were really busy though so it was kind of get in and get out. Not really personable. Just a normal experience.

They're the best nail salon I've ever been to! I've been going here for a year now and seen a few of the nail techs and I've been happy with all of them! They do so much work in such a short amount of time and I refer all my friends and clients to them 😁
