This spa is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. The view is incredible, the women are really friendly and super nice. The massage was great, they really know their stuff. They also go above and beyond with customer service. When i got off the table i was offered to sit at the dinning room table with mint chocolate chip ice cream and water. Seriously what is better than that after a day of being pampered!!!

Super happy my husband and I Googled a massage place and found this place right near our hotel! First off, I love the feel of this place , maybe because I also work in a small spa in my home town. The massages were excellent! So detailed! For me, I was in pain the first 30 min but that's because I have a lot of issues and haven't had a massage in years. She really worked all my knots out, got areas I didn't even realize were tense. For being tiny women, they're so strong! They added hot rocks in the end and it was so relaxing! My husband and I were soooo relaxed and in awe of how good it was that we couldn't stop talking about it the whole walk back to the hotel. Lastly, at the end they gave us a scoop of ice cream to enjoy, cold water, and chocolate. Loved that we weren't rushed out as that was some of the bad reviews I read on other massage places. The experience was amazing, thanks so much!

Update: My second time back this year and I have to reiterate how wonderful an experience I have here. This is hands down the best facial for the price! Christina has this technique that tightens my neck and face and gives me a wonderful glow that last for days! If you're looking for your go-to place for a great and affordable facial in Hawaii (where most services are over priced), this is the place!! Hawaii's best kept massage therapy secret!
Great for both locals and visitors! Wonderful massage, beautiful atmosphere. Christina did an amazing job with my eyelash extensions! You absolutely have to get the facial here! You won't regret it.

Really amazing massage experience at Lava. Super easy to book over text, massage therapist was well trained and paid special attention to the needs I asked her to focus on. Definitely will return. Note that they are on the 25th floor of the Century tower where there a combination of residents and businesses.

I can’t really begin to describe the experience. I felt like much of the massage was focused on my behind. It was strange because I have had plenty of massages before and this was the first time my underwear was pulled down. I would have been semi okay with that but when I asked for more pressure on my neck and back, nothing seemed to change. She kept returning to my butt and none of the motions felt like they were effective or appropriate. I also know what a good massage feels like and I literally felt like oil was dumped on my back and she rubbed up and down with no real intention. It wasn’t even the right pressure points. I only gave it a 1 because my husband had a great massage as he describes it. Maybe it depends on the therapist but I was so uncomfortable that my body felt more tense than when I entered. Bad way to end my honeymoon.
