The Gravity Nails & Salon is amazing!!! The workers there love their job and they also are very nice and friendly but most of all they are very skilled and professional. I would totally recommend them! I had one of them do my nails and they did a terrific job!

Always the best service!! Even when I pop in without an appointment. Always friendly and accommodating. My favorites are Lilly and Jenn. I highly recommend Gravity for the best pedicures and Nexgen nails.

Very inexperienced place.... over charged and in less than a month I’ve been back 3 times for repairs $150+. Horrible experience this time around left with a crooked nail, less then two weeks and my nextgen lifted. Figured I’d give them one more chance to redeem themselves since I live right next-door and the place is very nice they offer a large selection of colors asked the receptionist to put me with the best even if I had to wait due to all the issues I’ve had in the past couple weeks she gave me someone that didn’t speak any English didn’t understand me at all ended up paying extra because of her mistake and she was busy doing her nails while supposedly working. Super unprofessional business practices I’m a business owner and would never let that happen. Lady in front of me was very unhappy as well complaining at the front desk. Spoke to what look like the owner and all he had to offer me was the extra money that I paid back in a gift certificate. Will not be returning.

The welcoming is very warm but the work that they do is very poor have my nails done today I was very disappointed technician I have his name was Andy eight years experience and felt like you might’ve had eight hours of experience. I would never go there again not do I recommend anyone else to go there I was not satisfied at all they butchered me. When I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed they charge an extra five dollars on top of what I had done without explaining where this five dollar extra charge came from ..... I am so disappointed.

Tammy is the best! She goes above and beyond to do whatever it is you want. Definitely will be asking for her next time i come back!
