Bad customer service and lies about pricing. Very rude and unprofessional. They have a set price list on the wall but when you ask for the service they change the price as they go. Forces all customers to buy a nail pack and says that it’s the new rules because of Covid. This business is hungry for money and I can understand why they don’t have many customers these days. The shop is always empty now and their work is mediocre. Will not be returning!

The place has good staff overall, highly recommend Karol, I do not let anyone else do my pedicure, have been coming to this place for many years and thankfully I receive good customer service each time.

Le Nails never seems to disappoint i had these beautiful nails done, The environment is very clean and they always make sure you’re well tooken care of. Highly recommend and most definitely coming back 😻❤️❤️❤️

I literally sat in the pedicure seat for 20 mins. I asked if they can at least put the water on so I can soak my feet in there in the meantime & they said wait a minute & had to wait for another 15 mins to just get water in the tub going.

Has anyone heard of a salon saying you must pay extra to just get the dead skin scrubbed off?!? Right, me neither! They told me I had to pay to get a prepackaged file set to even get a pedi & then when i told them I didnt get my feet scrubbed he said “we tried our best” but they never even tried & second my feet arent that bad that it would take long to scrub.
Weird place. Awful customer service. Make you pay for extra that should already be included in a regular pedicure & don’t even do a great job!

Absolutely horrible. I came here because I needed a gel removal and a regular manicure. When I got there they all kept looking at my natural nails like they did not know if they were real or acrylic or what. They talked among themselves in a language that I did not understand and when I asked what the concern was, they just ignored me. The lady came with acetone to soak my nails and then just walked away. Much later another tech came to begin my manicure. I specifically told him to cut very little of the cuticle as I don't really have a lot and I did not want to get cut. Repeated it several several times, but apparently he was not listening because sure enough he cut my cuticle too much and then proceeded to pull it causing me a lot of pain and of course
to blead. He immediately put that liquid that is suppose to stop the bleeding( It did not stop) he put it on 3 times and nothing. I told him "I told you very little" to which he had no response. The manicure could have been done better by my 16 year old daughter. The cost was $23 ( a total waste). will never come here again. I'm not sure how long this tech has been doing this or if this technician was even certified. I did not get his name because I just wanted out of there, but he did not appear to know what he was doing. What a shame!
