My wife and I just moved into these apartments and so far so good! It has been a great experience from the time we walked in till now. The ladies in the office are nice and friendly, they answered all our questions and responded to all our concerns. I will defiantly refer this place to friends and family!

This place has improved so much from the time I moved in till now. The office staff is great and maintenance works in a fast timely manner. The area is great as well!! YOU WONT REGRET MOVING HERE!

Don’t let they hype fool you. We waited about 2 weeks to get light bulbs changed. Some of the newer units don’t have balconies but if you let your mop air out or let your pit cool down it’s a problem. Mean while, I’ve had cat feces stains outside my unit for months. Asked them to remove or allow me to hire a contractor to pressure wash the breezeway and stairwell and take the cost off my rent. They said no and that they would handle it. They sent a maintenance man with 2 bottles of water and a broom. Didn’t even remove the second stain. Supposedly they do inspections every Tuesday but in our breezeway there’s been a pile of cat issh for about a week and a half or 2. Oh and yes, the stray cats are everywhere and they are aware tenants are feeding ‘em. Read reviews people, then maybe you can avoid mayhem like this.

Ive been here for 3 + years and with the recent management change ive seen immediate improvement. The appreciation from the office staff is heavily improved and im happy with the little things theyve done.
Handing out tacos in the morning.
Olive garden catering.
Halloween patio contest while at the same time converting the office into a haunted house.
Those little things are pretty awesome.
I'm not saying this only because i won thr contest but overall its just very appreciated
Maintenance is quick to calls.
The re painting of the buildings.
The trash is handled as best it can be.
None the less. I'm def happy with the recent changes and I'm assuming the staff has better ideas and changes to the property for the near future.

I never lived here but it looks bad so I'm giving it one star. DON'T MOVE HERE.
