This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Not only are my nails fabulous.. but the owner Christine was so sweet and accommodating. A beautiful salon with impeccable professionalism. Extremely clean and following all covid-19 guidelines for that extra feeling of comfort and safety. If you are looking for a salon .. look no more!! TIPS AND TOES is your new favorite place!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I enjoyed my experience here. The salon is clean, they were following all COVID-19 regulations, and everyone was very friendly. The owner Christine did my nails and she patient when I wasn’t sure what I wanted and made sure I was happy with them.My gel manicure came out great! And lasts for weeks.

I very rarely leave reviews but it’s been over two months since my visit and I’m still growing out my completely ruined nails. They were over filed for my gel manicure and they are so thin and completely weak to this day. Any little touch causes my nails to break or splinter. In addition to that my gel manicure lasted only 4 days. The polish completely popped off of two nails and chipped on others. I’ve had regular manicures that lasted longer. I had to go elsewhere and pay for another gel mani one week after getting this one. I would have normally gone back and asked for them to be fixed, but I was not comfortable returning because they were also not fully following Covid-19 safety procedures. I will say they were cleaning between clients, but when I arrived the employee doing nails was not wearing a mask nor were two customers. (She put her mask on before servicing me, but it should not be coming off and on indoors with customers present.) They also were not taking temperatures or asking customers to sanitize their hands upon arrival. I was taken aback because I had specifically asked if they were following covid protocols before booking an appointment and these were all things they said they were doing. Two stars because despite all of this they were very friendly. I’m disappointed in my experience because I wanted to love this place.
