They are all really amazon and no nice & kind! Not to mention all their Nail Techs do such a wonderful job! Not saying I’ve tried them all but two of the men Nail Techs are awesome!! Try them call an book and appointment because they are booming. The set up is really nice. In that same building. You have a Hair Salon to the left and a Barber Shop to the right! Which you must enter the Nail Salon first to access the guys!! Big up!!

The owner and my nail tech know who I am after only a handful of visits. They are always asking if I'd like to try a new finish or a new style of polish. I have never been disappointed. I just wish it wasn't a $20 upgrade to gel on pedicures 💵🤣💅🦶

My co worker/friend told me about this place so I called on Monday and they got me in the next day at 9:45. Very sweet lady that I spoke to and everyone was very nice. They were busy and yet so professional and timely. I love my ombré nails so much! This is my new nail place now. I’ve been to MANY nail salons but this one is the best. Love the staff! Thank you Luxe nails!

My wife had an appointment and she waited 45 minutes soaking, for a Pedi, while they took walk ins. Maybe some places need to stay closed, after COVID. She left....
Usually a good place, but they don't care. So we (yes I usually go here) won't be back. Lots of new nails places in Spring Hill.

I doubt I will be back. I went in and asked for nail polish change for my fingernails, toes to be painted, for them to fix a cracked fingernail, and most importantly to have my fingernails filed down because they are too long.
Needless to say, the Tech took only 90% of my original polish, I came in with, off. The rest was left around the cuticles and underside of the fingernails.
She then took an electric file and filed down the part of the nail where I had a crack (didn’t even fill it in), then quickly painted my nails. I will say that I LOVE the color, but purple/blue sparkle doesn’t look very pretty with red cuticles and red undernail. JS.
Also, the length on my nails was NOT touched like requested, and I couldn’t get the Tech’s attention because she’d already moved on to the next lady behind me. Side note* My toes look Good though.
She rushed through my session to get to the big spender that walked in right behind me. She was spending $150 on herself and $50 per daughter.
Sadest part of all, the big spender was only at this shop because her salon guy was booked (I heard her bragging about it).
I was looking for another nail salon home. They’ve lost a potential long time client.
