I am disgusted. I just got home from getting a manicure and pedicure from the man that works there. He was barely even touching my feet. He literally didn't even scrub my feel at all, nor remove ANY dead skin. I had a tiny bit of polish on my big toe and it is still there! I can see it because I got a French tip. I cannot believe I actually had to pay this lazy man. I complained, not once but twice and he just simply ignored me. My manicure was also a complete mess. I could have painted my nails better myself. As they began to dry there were hundreds of tiny bubbles covering my nails. He had also gotten the polish all over my skin. When I complained he put a clear coat on my thumb only and pointed the fan at me. This did not help so I complained again, saying that it still looked awful. He pointed the remover at me and told me to remove my polish. He repainted them a little bit better but still not great. They were bubbling again and I got up to leave anyway because I was fuming. He asked if it was better and I said not at all. He then told me that I was drying them too long and when I went to grab my purse I smudged my STILL WET nail.(they are still wet and I smudged 3 more once I got home and went to the bathroom) I told him that I was extremely displeased and that I would never return. I told him I couldn't believe that I actually paid for it and he said absolutely nothing at all. I am appalled. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO HERE. You WILL be wasting your money.
