Brittany was amazing!!! Walked in before closing and she still got me in and did a wonderful job. I'll definitely be going back. Everyone was personable and the shop was very neat and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

NY Penthouse treatment on down to earth street level prices.
I knew at one time the impression I had and others, of the Penthouse Salon was it was too expensive and outdated, most of their clientele were older and snootie, I was never interested in even looking into it. I knew a younger couple had taken over ownership. Kenny and Leslie Vassar, Kenny retired USAF and Leslie a well established hair stylist. I have to admit my husband worked with Kenny a long time ago and I knew them in passing, not much else but I needed some one I knew had a reputation for great work and I thought I would see if I could get squeezed in. Price didn't matter at this point cause I was in a jam. So, my review is NOT tainted, due to the fact that I kinda knew them. My mother always said "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all." So I called. You would think Kenny would take care of the behind the scenes stuff, but when I called to talk to get information or if Leslie was taking on new clients, Kenny called back and knew everything a professional tenured hair technician should know. Product line, time it takes , prices, how long the stylist had been working for them, what their strengths were and how often they go for education. Pricing, was a little less then I usually pay.. I took a cancellation with stylist Aleana. I was amazed when I walked in. Have you ever watched Tabatha’s Salon Takeover? This is that high end Salon she takes those misfits to, to show them what they could only hope to be. As I looked around at the variety of merchandise from clothing, purses, jewelry and hair products I also looked at pricing. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. Earring from $8.00, nice earrings, Nice shirts at $10.00. They are a down to earth couple, with an awesome business. My hair came out great. Aleana was sweet and new what she was doing. The inside in peaceful and time just flew by. You come out feeling like you just won the lottery. Great job guys! WELL DONE!
