I had one of the best pedicures ever with Sandy yesterday!!! I was in the area and always had a good experience at the midtown location so I walked in and so glad I did. It was everything I expected and more. They only thing I’ll doing on is the front desk staff. They assume you’ve been there before and know what the process is and where to go. Could use some improvement in that area but overall a great experience.

I would definitely recommend this spa to everyone! They are very clean and safe which make me enjoy my manicures even more. Their receptionist Seryna was so helpful in booking my future appointments or any questions I have. My experience is always fantastic.

Terrible experience!!!! Poor talent with nails. STAY AWAY! Poor polishing skills, poor shaping and customer service, it looks nice but that’s IT! Save your time and money.

I always go to this nail salon. Justin the one who does my nails. Every time I go there at the register they are always giving me different prices for the same service. I go there every 2 weeks. And it is always a new rule as they claim. First it was $40 for the gel acrylic nails with gel manicure. Next 2 weeks is $45. Today I went for a refill they said it is $50. Like, are you serious??? Sometimes his job is good. Sometimes it is very sloppy. He never communicates with you. Very unprofessional! Also the managers are hungry for money people. Very rude and unprofessional as well. They don’t care about you or the quality. All they care about is money!

I got gels, they didn’t file well so a couple nails are splintering and jagged. They unfortunately only painted the main part of my nail. They didn’t paint the edges nor anywhere near the bed of my nails so it looks like I’ve had these nails for a week and they’ve grown out. The sides of most of my nails are unpainted as well.
Quality of the paint and the actual painting is good. They simply didn’t paint my full nail nor file correctly and they trimmed my cuticles but only a bit and my nail beds don’t look very nice at all unfortunately.
I asked the girls at the front about what to do. They were very kind and quickly wanted to bring me in to fix it when the owner turned the corner and started demanding I prove to him the mistakes. One of the girls was explaining when he lost it and started shouting at me which didn’t go well. I left. This is how my nails will be for my sister’s wedding on Sunday and they’ll look extra grown out by then. I left ashamed for the scene i incited in front of my sister and the mail salon she so kindly brought me to.
