This was my first time going to this salon and I will never go again! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I got a fill-in and polish on my toes. The tech was an older lady and very rude for no reason. She handed me the file for my nails and said "you file yourself". I told her that's what I'm paying you for. When she finished filing my hand, instead of just letting it go she would flick (throw) my hand. After she finish polishing my toes she dropped a bin on my foot, didn't apologize, messed up the polish and didn't want to fix it. I am not satisfied with how she shaped or polished my nails. I never write reviews but this one deserved it!

I always get my feet done...every place I go they always massage ur feet...that’s what most people look forward to...while rubbing the lotion in the lady I had today was old and horriable she put lotion on my legs and that was it rub literally 3secs..she never turned on my chair..This place has really gone down hill...then I pick a color she like no it’s not going to look right..what the hell??? After she was done with my polish she like ok u done never lifted the armrest nothing just horrible customer service... I will not be returning!!!

I have been a customer for years, and I love the shop. Always has time to squeeze me in, and they are so happy and pleasant! Make an appointment, you'll be glad you did.

Friendly service, great job on the nails, not to pricey. Sometimes hard to understand the language.

I have been there one time before and my experience was a whole lot better. I was there yesterday on 5/27/18. When I arrived I had already brought my own color and was asked to have a seat for a pedi. The 3 employees were busy so I waited. No problem. But then 2 more ladies walked in and asked how long it would be to be seen and they were told “right now”. The one lady employee scurried around trying to clean 3 of the tubs for us 3 ladies, was throwing towels and washcloths in the heated area. Finally a gentleman worker came over 2do my pedi. Didn’t ask if I wanted the regular or deluxe. He RUSHED through the whole process. It was rough and completely unrelaxing. I go there to be pampered. To have a nice massage and enjoyable experience. I understand it was starting to get busy as others continued to come in. But that is when you tell them that there is a half hour-hour wait. My whole pedi was about 12 minutes tops. Then I was taken over to the dryer that didn’t work as he went on to the next person. Very dissatisfied. They need to focus on who is first instead of how much money they can make and how quickly they can make it.
