I’m not leaving a review because i’ve never been there but i’ve seen the other people’s review and i’ve been wanting to go here but do I or do I not need a license to be able to purchase things here?

Has a nice selection and decent prices. Just wish they had a little better customer service skills. Also must be licensed to shop period. Which is weird most let you shop without it as long you're not getting chemicals. I make press-on nails from home so I had to shop else where until I go to get licensed.
