I've been going here for 1 year out of convenience, not because any tech is particularly great. Besides Lucy, everyone else is rude and to put it in nice terms, incompetent.
I've dealt with 3 other techs here, each one that sucked more than the next. They don't know how to do basic nails and if you ask them to correct mistakes they make, they say "what are you doing - I am busy, I have other customers". This exact sentence was said to me by David, the guy everyone is raving good things about. As you can see on the pictures, he did not do French nails correctly and then applied quick dry on me to get me out of there quicker, which smeared my whole nail. When I asked him to correct the nails, he refused. So, I went elsewhere and paid more $$ to have it fixed.
I'm not a loud or rude customer unlike other crazy people I see come to salons. I was quiet and had my headphones in the whole time until I saw he did a horrible job. I literally asked him to fix the gross marks he made on my nails and he flipped. I still ended up tipping 25% and I should not have. Not sure why I paid $40 for this gross mani but it's my last time stepping foot in here!

Love going here! Lucy has been doing my nails for 10+ years and they always look flawless. I’ve been doing the Gel Powder on my natural nails for a while now and they look great and last any from 3-4 weeks before I have to do them again. Great quality and service and awesome massages!!

Popular nail salon in the neighborhood which makes it often crowded. They offer SNS nails which is my favorite as well as callus removers.
The most pleasant experience comes from making an appointment/and or getting in first thing in the morning.

The staff is friendly and they do a good job on a Mani and pedi.
