I should've gotten up the 2nd time Tina said 10 more minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour with my feet already in the tub. She let 2 clients go before me (even if I arrived first) because these girls were upset about waiting and about to walk out. They took advantage of my being nice because they were too greedy and didn't want to lose others' business. Too bad you just lost mine .

This review is LOOOOONG, & also LOOOOONG overdue! I promised I'd post it 2mos ago, but it's hovered in the back of my mind since I was called out of state (2mos ago). Now I'm back & regretting my forgetfulness.
If I could give these ladies 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough! The first time I went to BQ, it was a Sunday evening & the first chance I'd gotten to go get my nails done. I Googled, Yelped, & called EVERYWHERE I could find that was reputed to be open late. Almost giving up, I called BQ...at 7:30pm! A woman named Tina answered & said she could take me, but only if I could get there quickly. I defied traffic laws & arrived less than 10min later!
As it turned out, Tina, the owner, was just locking up for the night when I called. She said, "I was still here, so I figured I'd stay a little longer, to make a customer happy!" Boy, did she!
Tina handcrafted a full set of acrylics & was so sweet & charming that I even asked for some artwork & rhinestones on my ring fingers (I'm in my mid-40's & have been too old to get away with such things for a LONG time!)! When all was said & done, they were PERFECT! I planned to go back, but I was sent out of state for the first time then.
Upon my return, I went to BQ immediately after leaving the airport! It had been 4 weeks & I only had 3-4 nails left! Tina remembered me & welcomed me back excitedly. This time, Nancy did my nails. She ended up removing the remaining acrylic nails & giving me a new set. Again, PERFECT! And then, work called me away...for 5 long weeks! I'm sure it's obvious by now, but I stubbornly refuse to go to an out of state spa, so I waited it out & hoped for the best...
To my utter shock, the ENTIRE SET stayed on, with NO LIFTING & NO change in shape! Even the polish stayed shiny! Granted, there was 1/2" of nail growth at the bottom of each nail, but the acrylics themselves still looked almost as perfect as the day Nancy artfully crafted them! I was SHOCKED!
It's become a running joke for family & friends to say, "When are you going to take me to your magical nail salon?" Honestly, as much as I'd love to make them my own personal nail artists, I'd feel guilty if I kept them a secret from the rest of the world! They really are THAT GOOD! I HIGHLY recommend that you call ASAP, make an appointment with Tina or Nancy, & see for yourself! These ladies are true artists!!

Took my grand daughter there for pedicures, the lady that gave her the pedicure cut her so bad, she came home bleeding.. the next day her toes were so infected..,STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

HORRIBLE! Went there 3/2017 with my daughter's to have mani-pedi's for my daughter's wedding and the woman my daughter got was awful to her. Wouldn't listen to anything she was asking for and when asked why my daughter was starting to cry she told her "cause you're not listening to me. I asked for shorter nails and you said, 'no longer is better. I asked for a certain shape, you said no this is better.'" The woman ending throwing the nail clippers at my daughter and told her to cut them herself. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! (Only reason I gave them 1 star instead of 0 is because google wouldn't accept no stars.)
