We made appointment for 5 people for 5 manicures, a full set, and one manicure. We were there for 3 hours as they took walk ins over our appointment and were so slow. They were told 3 times for a manicure and it never got done. My toenails are so jagged they snag on blankets. The girl who got a full set they put the nails on crooked and thick. They cut her finger 2 times and she asked for coffin shape and left with rounded nails. We complained but either they don’t understand or don’t care. They gave us a “discount” but we still paid $135 for two pedicures and one full set and had to get it all redone elsewhere due to it looking so bad. This appointment was made for a 13 year olds birthday and they were slow it impacted the plans for the rest of the day. Service was expensive and terrible. I would never go back

Odd place.. first time that trimming cuticles was to be done AFTER a gel manicure.. and all work including removing the old polish (after soaking) was done with dremel. She even used it on my natural nails and when I asked about it was told to "not worry".. in the end I was worried. In the end I let the cuticle trim go.. will not be back. Would prefer to give no stars.

Wonderful experience. Brought my little boy with me and he got a manicure. They were so kind with him. Will be coming back!

Terrible gel fill. Came in with square nails. Left with thin non shaped nails. They were crooked and I kept trying to tell them and she would not listen. Also a FILL took over an hour, not normal. Not coming back

I stopped going here a few years ago when I was not only concerned about cleanliness it took 2 hours for an appt. The last time I went I saw them thinning the nail polish and decided was enough. Unfortunately my husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday so I had to go back. It was just as bad as I remembered except for much more expensive. She told me would be 60 for a manicure pedicure gel, she actually charge me 65 but she asked me what to put in for a tip without telling me what the bill was so it ended up costing me $72 when I added a seven dollar tip. I felt uncomfortable because they add the tip into the total amount so you have to tell them what you're giving them. She did not take off my cuticles she didn't shape my nails and the gel was not solid so when I got home one of my nails actually rubbed off in a spot. I called them and they said to call my way home from work to see if they had time to fix it the next day. I called no one answered and then I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I just don't have time to make a trip to the salon very often so I'm just out $72. I'll never go back and I'm surprised that they get so many good reviews on Google
