I went to go get a new set and a set removal the set removal was fine but when I ask for a new set and link that I wanted it seems like the older Asian lady there didn't know what she was doing and when I asked for her to remove them I'll pay the difference She raised her voice at me and asked "what is it that you want" I stated that I wanted a new set with a longer length but if she was unable to do that or found that it was too hard for her to remove that said I will pay for it and will try somewhere else she told me that she's going to charge me $15 to remove the set and the previous said that I got removed I said OK but she only cut off the plastic part didn't take off the rest of the set and told me I could use acetone at home when I told her I had somewhere to go I can't walk around with plastic tips on my fingers so the customer service was bad and this is not Art this is not a good quality of a nail spa

Horrible customer service! I was not greeted. I was so disgusted i just asked them to finish applying my nails and I'll paint them myself! Go elsewhere with your hard earned money!!

This lady doesn't do eyelash extensions... Wrong place. But her nail art is legit ART. And it lasts too. If you get a massage from the guy (her husband) he can get in deep so of you want lighter pressure just speak up.

So i took my girls here with me who are 5 and 7. They did an ok job with the girls nails but i asked for a new set of solar nails with gel paint and she totally ignored that and just started giving me a fill. My nails had already been filled twice and were beginning to lift. I didn't agree with the decision but i figured she Should know what she is doing being that i didn't used to ever get my nails done so this is kind of new to me. When we got done the bill was 48 bucks... i didn't even realize at the time how badly i had been overcharged. I tipped them 12 bucks.... so a total of 60 i spent.... the next day 1 of the nails just came off. I didn't break it it literally just came off.... i didn't even notice when it happened. I went back in 3 days later i had to wait because i worked all day the next two days... I showed her all the spots i was unhappy with Including a place on my thumb that looked uneven and sloppy and 2 spots where they were already lifting off... not to mention 2 days after having them done 1 of my friends told me i needed a fill.... she began to raise her voice telling me it was not her fault and she was not going to fix them... for 60 bucks this was terrible customer service and my nails look awful. I will NEVER go here again and i don't recommend anyone go here.
