This place is terrible! I stopped for a full-set because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to visit my regular salon in North Village, Hagerstown. As the nail tech finished my nails, they were all shaped differently and were different lengths. I showed her, but she acted dumbfounded so I called the other nail tech over to take a look. She said "your fingers different size, which one do you like"? WoW! Pick one nail that I like so the tech can make them all the same?! They are already supposed to be the same and my fingers were not different until having the tips added and shaped by the tech! What a joke! I NEVER have problems at my regular salon. This was like eating a hamburger after years of eating filet mignon! I'll stick to my regular salon regardless if I'm in a rush!

Only went here because my normal place was closed. The lady was rude, was too busy watching what was going on around her then what she was doing. Never again.

Very good environment! Loved my coffin shape nails & my pedicure was very nice !! Definitely will be back !

I've been going to this place for years to get manicures and pedicures. I always loved going here. I moved out of the area for a few years and was excited to come back to this salon to get my nails done. However, times have DRASTICALLY changed, and so has this nail shop. I stopped in several times to get my nails done, and they were always super backed up because there was only two people working. This was my fault, I didn't make an appointment. So my girlfriend and I decided to get together and get pedicures, so I scheduled an appointment. We walked in and both people working were just starting pedicures for two other girls. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time for them to even start our pedicures, which only took 10 minutes each, if that. Our heels weren't even shaved. I asked for white lines across my big toe for a design, and what I got was pitiful. The lines weren't straight, and they weren't even solid. I wish I could post a picture to show the public. I was literally SO embarrassed to walk out of the shop with my toenails painted as sloppily as they were. I left directly from here to go to Walmart to get nail polish and I took off my fresh "pedicure" and did it myself. $30.00 down the drain ($25.00 for the pedicure itself, and $5.00 for the HORRIBLE "design". I will never come back here again. So disappointed in the shop I used to love so much. Don't waste your time or your money here.
