this place is terrible! If you want to go to a salon that does good work and has workers that are pleasant and not awkward, don’t go here!! We get there and the room goes silent like we just crashed a party or something. One of the ladies that worked there was sitting on her behind not doing a thing with no shoes on just like the rest of the employees. The employees were sitting and watching a soccer game and shouting when something good happened in the game. The guy that I had overfilled the tub with water( me and my granddaughter were getting pedicures) and when I put my feet in he accused me of splashing the water onto the floor when he filled it up too much. The guy that my granddaughter had was a bigger guy and he barely spoke English and talked to her the majority of the time in Chinese. He also was snorting and coughing all over her feet!(sinuses i guess) and took FOREVER to finish doing a terrible and messy job on her toenails. So now my granddaughter’s toes are stained with nail polish on her skin and there are still some places that he missed when he attempted to clean up the mess he made of her toes. Then we got charged 74 dollars for it all and I would have been fine with it if the pedicures were even close to decent. We will never be coming back here and I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Fantastic pedicure with calf and foot massage. I didn't even realize how much my calves and feet hurt until they stopped hurting. My new nail salon.

Received the worst manicure today. I was first rushed to pick a color and then he proceeded to ask where I’ve previously gotten my nails done at and smirked. When I told him I wasn’t from Lexington he turned to another customer and asked if I was from China and laughed. When I showed him what I wanted he told me it wouldn’t look good so I changed my mind and showed him something else. He burnt my cuticles on two fingers, which after reading reviews I hope won’t turn into an infection, and was really rough. Would not put on another coat so my glitter is really spotty, and the one simple design (a glitter line at the cuticle line) looks awful and spotty as well. Between the roughness, lack of respect, him coughing all over the place, and end product, I honestly can’t believe I spent 40$ on nails I have to go elsewhere to fix now. The only positive about this experience, which is the one star for the review, is the shape of my nail. Highly recommend going elsewhere or even doing your nails yourself before going here.

Only been twice. Had to wait a little bit the first time but the second time was taken back. Pedicures only both time. The hot towel wrap makes me wanna take a nap. I’m not a big chatter when I want to get my feet done and they never feel the need to make me converse which is nice! 🙃 will come back

My mother and I come here every 3 weeks. We enjoy being pampered at Allure Nails and Spa. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend stopping in to experience the wonderful services they have to offer!
