HORRIBLE , I think this place is a wish wash place. So much space and no workers. The wait was an hour and a half for the lady to sit me down at her chair then excuse me off to the next worker because someone else came in and she wanted to "get them out quick" so I start with a pedicure that was decent then the feet girl tells me that If I don't want to wAit to let her do my hands, soon ass she set the tip half way on my nail I new it was a bad idea. Being a good sport I stood and payed my job and tipped, four days later 3 of my nails have popped off.went back to only be told to sit and wait again and not be recognized.

This place is horrible. The service is even worse. $27 for an acrylic is ridiculous. Also, they are not mindful of how far back they push your cuticles to the point where I started bleeding. The way that they talk to you is reckless and nonacceptable. Also, make sure you pay exact cash because they will take off more than tax, on your card. I do not recommend this nail salon at all. However, I recommend Forever Nails on Boston Road.

They don't know how to do acrylic and the woman in the first chair is so rude and doesn't know what customer service truly is. Their prices aren't worth their work ( which isn't good at all). The first thing they need to do is lower their prices and work on customer service.

This nail salon is the worst. 34$ for acrylic then gon sneak and charge me $11 extra because susan the owner is greedy for money. Don't go here their prices is too high and they never got no customers. Mind you i payed with a debit card. This is unacceptable. Susan nails need to be shut down.

Terrible nail job. $22 for a filling, cut me 3 times
And I was bleeding. She Did not file my nails. The acrylic was uneven and all over my cuticles and when I asked her about it she's got upset and ask were i was from and said that Spanish people are difficult. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND YES THE LADY BELOW IS CORRECT, I also went on a Saturday and it was empty.
