Whelp....Stopped Going Here. I don't speak Spanish, so I was at a real disadvantage. My first 2 times here, I got phenomenal hair stylists that treated me well. But in subsequent visits, a noticed a change and it wasn't a good one. I do believe that there is an aversion to doing "black hair". The owner kept acussing me of using "grease" in my hair. They always slotted my hair to be done by a "black" stylist who went to work on my head like a Tasmanian Devil. My head was bumped, bruised and burnt on this occasion with the hot dryer. I went on a discount day but the owner said she had to get paid and charged the regular 35 price. I am an excellent tipper....always leaving a 10 spot for stylist...but I will NEVER come back

Went there for highlights, they where horrible, they looked like gray hair instead. Paid for bad service, not again. I will not recommend it to anybody.

Paid double for bad service.
They run a $25 blowout special Monday through Wednesday no matter the texture and length.
I was charged $50 ($5 of which was for a trim) when I inquired about the $20 upcharge I was told that a mask was used on my daughter's hair and that it "took a long time to do her hair". When I question the owner about the special "it was not for me"
My daughter was never placed under a dryer for any type of deep conditioning treatment add to that the cut was uneven.
Bottom line, I will not let anyone in that Salon touch not a strand on mine nor my daughter's head, nor will I recommend anyone come to the salon.
