Was just going to do nails but they said...sit we do mani AND pedi for you!. So nice. Girls are GREAT!

Got my nails done sunday with my aunt and we spent $206!!! Yesterday my thumb nail broke and today my index finger nail broke. I called jason to explain that his employee did my nails too thin (Which I noticed when she was doing my fill in but regretfully kept my mouth shut) and I'm not happy with the service and he told me "it happens and she did a good job" and that I will be charged extra for nail repair. I spent over 30mins on the phone questioning why the extra charge and he hung up on me once. When yung and joy were there the line was basically out the door. Now the quality of this place is horrible. They don't put customers first and would rather defend each others horrible work. The manager jason is great at designs but doesn't put his customers first. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I've gone here before and they were ok but I went on Friday and despite no-one being in and having an hour before they closed it was an awful experience. They said they could do a mani pedi but rushed through my nails. They did both at the same time, not relaxing but fine. However while they were painting my nails with nothing to do one staff shut off the tv I was watching and the maicurist really did a bad job on my nails and rushed. Cuticles even and not overall not cleaned up neatly. The staff talked amongst themselves while practically standing at the door despite not closing for another 20 mins atleast and by the next morning (after doing nothing all night) The manicure and pedicure were both chipped. I've never had a pedicure chip in less than a day! Defiantly wouldn't go back or recommend after charging for that lack of quality service

I've been going there for years, the service has been bad recently. I asked for Young but I was told he was on vacation. He needs to come back. How do you mess up a regular gel mani?? I found another spot in Patchogue, it's called Tips and Toes on 112
Very happy with their service.
