The service at this nail salon is horrible, they did a gel manicure that only lasted three days. You can arrive a half hour before closing time and they will ask you to come back the following day. They are always arguing about whose turn it is to see a customer in front of everybody! I have seen them take customer after customer without cleaning the pedicure chairs, will never come back to this horrible salon!

My experiance with my nails was the worse. My nails were done to thinly and just like i told the lady, it broke. I went back to have her fix it and she was mad. I told her it needs too be done better. Instead of replacing the nail she added acrylic. After she was done i got up left to another nail salon go have it done better. #CapitalNails i will never go back...

This place is the worse is the second time I go there but before I make an apt. I got there on time for my apt to do my nails and I was literally standing there and they didn’t even acknowledge me, then another girl came in, Hi how may I help u... 🤔 umm excuse me I been standing here for 30 min w an apt for 6pm and u haven’t even acknowledged me!! Their answer was ohh who u spoke with 😒 after a long day at work the last thing u want is deal w a very un professional nail salon so I walk out... never ever!!!

Very expensive, and used cheap polish after adding acetone to it, chipped off the next day.

Worst experience ever, they don't sterilize their tools properly. Got Paronychia on three of my fingers after getting a refill. Went to urgent care because my fingers were swollen and red/purple. Very bad fungus, Doctor prescribed antibiotics... I called to tell them about it they called me to come in... came in they wanted to take my nail off with the same unsanitized tools they took out their draw. HORRIBLE SERVICE
