The staff is awesome and super friendly. I had the BEST gel manicure of my life on my first visit - I don't plan to go anywhere else in Austin. It truly is a clean air facility, as well.

UPDATE: After receiving a complimentary "make up" service I have to amend my review to 5 stars! Everything was flawless this time around so I'm going to chalk it up to a fluke before. I'll be coming back!
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars! My normal manicurist was on vacation and I desperately needed a mani/pedi so I booked both online. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was fantastic! The two ladies that did my manicure and pedicure were friendly and professional. The reasons for 3 stars are value and quality.
My gel manicure started bubbling up later that same day :/ To the salon’s credit they did have me come back in to touch it up but then all the other nails started chipping 1-4 days later. They all almost completely chipped off (from very little activity - I’ve been careful) and I feel like my $75 went down the drain.

When I walked up here the lady in the front was so nice. She asked if I wanted a drink and I got a mimosa (and she made it really well).Rosa did such a good job on my pedicure. My feet feel brand new! She was really gentle when it came to my pedicure and she gave me advice on what to put in my feet. She also recommended a foot scrub and that was the best decision I have gone with all day. I would definitely recommend Coated Nails

My mom would give Rosa 10 stars if She could, her nails look amazing after a week and her pedicure was so neatly done that her skin is better than ever! She just keeps talking about her nice experience, I don’t really know exactly how she did it but she didn’t only fix her nails she also made her be happier because my mom has been very depressed lately, thank you so much for taking such great care of her!

My friend introduced me to Coated... and I haven't thought to go to another nail salon since. The staff is super sweet and seem genuinely happy. I took my mom here last weekend and she had a hurt ankle from playing tennis. She had crutches and everything. Everyone was really accommodating and her technician was very mindful with my mom's injury while giving her a pedicure. I get my powder manicure's done by Kaitlin. She's a pro at everything! She did such a great job shaping my nails into an almond shape - considering how short they were. I read some of the negative reviews, and it just sounds like some people want to complain. This place is seriously awesome... you should definitely go!
