Depends a lot on who is working when you are there. I’ve been there and been treated excellently and had great service and experience. Other times I’ve gone and been brushed off and have gone 30 minutes before they close and been told they’re closing early or won’t take more customers. When the right people are working though, it is great.

went on my birthday and they literally forgot to paint one of my nails. Made me feel terrible for pointing it out and he girl who painted my nails couldn't have been more than 16 years old, spent the entire time on the phone or gossiping, and was so RUDE i almost couldn't believe that no one said anything to her. would never go back there. The facilities are nice but the service left a lot to be desired.

I got a pedicure by a man who seemed very unsure of himself and barely spoke 2 words of English (not well done)...I figured that my Brazilian wax (first one in a salon btw) would be better because the woman who waxed me was the manager (very sure of herself and spoke English well). Strike two, she was aggressive( even when I told her it was my first time), no empathy as I was clearly in pain, rushed through without a word. I bled and I got a bruise from her pulling fast and hard (Which has never happened to me before). I will never go back there again and i suggest you also stay away.

This place is great! They took us in late (after they were supposed to close), and were very professional and friendly. Not only did they do a great job, but it was quite affordable. I love the massage chairs too!

I have been going to this salon for a couple years. It used to be great but has gone downhill in the past 6 months. It seems like they have had a lot of turn over an the new staff just don't have the same level of skills.
