They always do such a great job! Sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. Best policy is to make an appointment and they usually get you in and out!

I used to love Polished so much, but it seems as if the past year and such, they have gone down hill quickly in terms of professionalism and being timely. The lady next to me made an appointment for 4:15 for a pedicure, and was still waiting at 5:20. There were women who came in with appointments after her who went before her. She went to the desk and mentioned it, and they apologized. I walking in at 4:00 and was not seated until 5:45. Again, I used to love this salon so much, but I probably will find another salon with better time management skills ☹️

Yes, I did it I went there and had my heels done. And I have to say it was a quite pleasant experience. Thanks Lillian for a fabulous pedicure!

I was pretty impressed the owner was there and did my nails he was so sweet and tried to salvage my nails until my next new set im thankful
