I only gave y'all 3 stars because communication is the most important part in business, and some of your agents lack that. Other than that, I feel like we made a good decision choosing to stick with you all.

we been living with my mom on apartment on Pacific Ave.This is a bad apartments with lots of roaches and rats climb up on cables wire getting in stove holes. We bought a lot of cleaners to clean cabins but couldnt get rids of roaches. Its so terrible apartments, the offices no help when called them, They are bad and all they want money. you move in then started raised your rent after 8 months or year, The bad manager Wendy always mistreated tenants told them rules about her property, Her and her aunt site manager rent 2 or 3 garage free. People moved in and moved out terrible places lot of roaches and rats. They just painted to cover and make it nice but insides so terribles. The offices people don't care all they want money they have a bad services. Glad we moved out in a better clean place well better than Westland apartments. Wendy asked and collect tenants paystubs so the city of Long Beach to painted the apartment free. So stupid not fair, the tenant not own those roaches rats apartments. These apartments need to break down and rebuild

So here is my review. 3 weeks of leaks. Roofs falling in around most apartments. No fix on the smoke alarms or the dish washer and if you refuse to pay rent when they break the law they evict you. Don't believe me? They were on the local news about it and just check their google and Yelp reviews. Also if they tell you to call their main office. Don't waste your time. It's a PR stunt. They won't help you.
Don't believe the 5 star review. The lady works there as well as lives there. Here is the real damage done to the apartments that they did not fix, then decided to evict anyone who refused to pay rent. It has taken them 3 weeks to get to us, after our lawyer chesed them up. And they threatened to enter the apartment without our permission because this was "an emergency"
Well it wasn't and emergency when we were having the leaks. now all of a sudden they are getting bad press, that's their emergency. Check the replies in this review and you can see the damage done.
They will also block you from this page after you point out their failures. I will be posting this review on their owners site too.
