I just found West End Nail Bar after searching for a good nail salon for so long!!! I came in with no expectations because every other place I’ve tried had 4.5+ stars and was pretty horrible even when scheduling an appointment a week in advance. I walked in here with my friend and was seen right away and had the best manicure/pedicure I’ve had in so long!! Sary did my pedicure and was AMAZING. Seriously I’ve never had such a thorough amazing pedicure!!

This is by far the best nail bar ever. They were very professional, fast and attentive as soon as we walked in the door. The offer services and wine almost immediately. I got a manicure and it wa a the best ever she did an excellent job on my feet 🦶 and was so relaxing the massage the polish everything was perfect 👌🏾. I give this 6 stars if u could. Great spot if you don’t know where to choose choose her because they go above and beyond. If you’re hit in customer service then this is your spot ! The also have wine and mimosa or soft drinks 🍺 ....

recently moved to town and i can say with absolute confidence this will be a regular spot for me. chloe did an amazing job - she really listened to what i wanted and has a serious eye for detail. wonderful service and reasonable prices!

Been two times and have had the best dip/SNS manicures I've ever had! They stay on for 4 weeks and remain shiny, without scratches. The workers are so friendly, accommodating, and talented! Will continue going back :)

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I called to let them know I was about 10 min behind. I am new to the city and underestimated the distance. I waited nearly an hour for my services. The saving grace was then complimentary beverage service. I had probably 3 weak mimosas (I asked for water and ended up getting it myself). The color selection and set up was nice but it isn’t very zen or relaxing. People talk loudly. The services were fine but overpriced compared to DC where I moved from. I doubt I’ll return. Oh they do give a 5% discount if you pay with cash so that’s another plus. I think I’ll keep looking for my permanent nail place.
