Not sure why they take appointments. Really ends up being first come first service. Girls doing pedicure nice but management unfriendly. Bad overall service if making appt. cheaper mon tue and wed so it’s mayhem and don’t honor appointments

Place doesn’t honor appointments and owner/manager very unfriendly. She’s only friendly to her personal customers. Definitely do not recommend!

natalie can’t spell english lol. okay, let’s be real. most nail salon owners are asian immigrants and they’re just trying to make a living. it’s not easy to learn perfect any language when you move there around your twenties or thirties.
secondly, they’re super sanitary. i like how they use new utensils and their pedicures are great. they line the pedicare sink w plastic liners. they also give you calice wax like removers as apart of the package. hey always have the newest and best colors.
in businesses such as these, people make appointments or just walk in. they’ll cater more to the ones that make appointments. what business owner would turn business away? they do try to accommodate everyone.
they do better han just a good job. if the first time was not much to your liking, give it a second chance just like anything else.

I walked in around 3pm today (Wednesday) and asked how much a mani-pedi was. One of the women told me $25 which is a good deal so I proceeded to look for a color... until she then stopped me and said “I don’t have time, come back later.” As someone who works in customer service I have to say that was not only poor customer service but also rude. I will never return to this nail salon. First impressions really do stick.

The only thing this place has going for them is that it’s open on Sundays. If you make an appointment they still make you wait 25 minutes. There colors doesn’t last more than a few days for gel. And they barley speak English. Don’t come
