I wish they are professionals and speak English, when they have costumers!I always feel uncomfortable,when they speak they language and then they laughing...😨
I miss the old owners ,they had more space(they have too many tables and spa seats now) and people who worked were more friendlier .
The best nail artist is Shawn 😊,he is getting 5✨.He is the only reason I am keep going back,he really knows what he is doing!

Excellent place today I went for the first time and was very satisfied with my pedicure. Very attentive staff, it is very clean and hygienic compared to other places. highly recommended and will come back again.

Loved what Kim did with my nails. I have been looking for a good nail tech since I moved from Chicago and after 6 months of rushed crappy nails, I find Kim who did an amazing job. Definitely recommend this place!

I had been going here for over a year and although it was under staffed (only 1 or 2 people working) I would still come back if there wasn't availability because I really liked the way Sean did my nails. But I had been working out of town and hadn't been into get my nails done there in a few months. I came in last week and was pleasantly surprised to see several people working as well as a man working the front desk and got right in. That's where my optimism ended, the woman who was doing my gel manicure seemed to be unsure of what she was doing and didn't do the best job on my nails, then to top it off, there was no hand massage or lotion done, once my nails were painted the man working the front desk pulled my chair out, grabbed my stuff and told me to please move so the next person could get started! I understand it was busy but to get a half assed job done at full price and to be basically pushed out the door, Pretty Nails has now lost my business! With the extra people working and someone at the front desk managing things, this could have made a huge difference but instead this was the way they chose to do business and now lost a customer

Meh it's ok. Not the best place for acrylics but I've been in for a regular manicure and it was fine.
