Is the best place from La mesa because they do a great job.
And they are not to price like other places.

First time here. Called to see if they had time to do a pedi. Showed up and I only had to wait a couple minutes. I got the paraffin pedi and it was great! Very reasonable price and Judy definitely took her time even though she mainly does nails, but jumped in since she had staff out.The owner, Judy, was great...she's been there for 19 years and it shows. She addresses loyal customers by name and talks with them like old friends. I'll definitely be going back.

I wasn't thrilled when I recently visited. I am new to La Mesa, and was searching for a smaller place that I could become a regular at. After reading reviews I thought this would a good place to try. I arrived right at opening since I did not make an appointment and was the first person in the store. A lady said Judy would be on her way and could get to me in 15 minutes. I waited for Judy and when she arrived, she told me I would need to come back later as she had other customers ahead of me. I'm sure this is a great shop and she does good work but from a business standpoint she lost what could have been a regular customer. Either put by appointments only, or inform your front lady to not have people wait to only be told to come back later when she has time. Perhaps being friendly would have enticed me to even come back later but she almost seemed annoyed I was waiting.

I came in to get nails done today and normally my experience is good here but i had not been here in a while and the customer service changed SO MUCH the lady who did my pedi was amazing and sweet patient and non rude but the owner who said she was Judy was honestly very rude seemed she was bother or something she was very rough and my nails had so many wrong from uneven to the messy paint job i was very very dissapointed this time coming here

The pedicures are well priced and Cindy that works there is very good.
