Loan was exceptionally nice. I was told by a staff member she was an expert on French powder! I was impressed how easily it was for her to prep my nail. Things started going downhill when she used a toe nail clipper to cut my nails before she shaped them. They were long, but very soft. She cut my nails not only to shorten them but on the corner of each nail giving it a pointy shape, not a rounded shape I asked for. The technique for the powder she used was okay. I had better but it was acceptable. What wasn’t acceptable was she then applied a clear coat of gel meaning my nails had to go under a light. Who uses a light when using powder? I thought it was strange but didn’t say anything. No big deal until a few days later it caused a crack on one nail eventually breaking all across my nail. Then another nail I was able to peel the clear coat off making it dull looking compared to my other nails! I paid $50 for this plus gave her a $10 tip! I cannot go back! There’s to many other salons to choose from.

Love this place. Great atmosphere. Staff super nice. Yong does an amazing job and takes her time. Been going to them for years. Place is very clean as well. The Owner is very down to earth ❤

I always have a wonderful experience at this salon. I have been going there for over 4 years and never had any issues. My nail tech Tang is great and always leaves my hands and feet looking great! The remodel is beautiful and the pedicure chairs have the best massage features.

This place treats you right, I’ve been coming here for years because of that and the fantastic job from my hair to chin, lip & brow and the rest. The best place I’ve ever been to hands down. Customers first and the treatment shows highly recommended ❤️

I had a not very good first experience here, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction I was contacted the next day by the salon staff, they called me, texted and sent me an email, Michelle and Gina really insisted on contacting me and demonstrated the high value that clients has for the business, they offered me to repeat the service, and I can tell you that I am more than satisfied, from the time I arrived until I left I felt like at home, super well served, I was completely relaxed and enjoyed the excellent manicure and pedicure service that Fran provided me, who not only is a very kind and friendly person, she is a professional that I can call a perfectionist because of her dedication to doing a good job. Gina and Marlene were always aware of me and I thank them for taking the time. For sure I’ll go back to Camila and I highly recommend it. When you really intend to change the first impression, you can do it. Thank you!
