This is a low key, relaxing salon. Kim and her husband are very kind and hard working and excellent at their craft! Some of these negative reviews are due to people asking for extra services: gel, tips, etc. and not reading the price list beforehand. Then, they are surprised by their total bill. Extra services cost more in every salon!
Also, if you are having a gel manicure removed let them know so they can schedule a little extra time for you. Cut these good people a little slack as English is not their first language and they truly want their customers to be pleased!!

They do a great job, and spend an adequate amount of time for the price of a pedicure
