Okay so I’m not a picky person at all but this has been the WORST nail Solon experience that I have ever had. I had a pedicure and a full set done. The pedicure was okay but my acrylics were just terrible 5 days into it and they have all cracked. In a case like this if I felt like this was a mistake and the nail Salon would kindly fix it I would go back in and kindly explain and I would even pay again to have my nails fixed without problem but the man who did my nails was so rude when I asked him if he could file my nails into a “coffin” shape..he said “YOU PAY MORE? BECAUSE IF NOT I WONT DO..IT TAKE TOO LONG!”.. I would have payed more without a problem if he wasn’t so rude :( I have never left a review anywhere but after being charged $44 + $10 tip for something so poorly done I felt the need to write a review.
I hope this encourages them to better their service. If you must go in make sure you say exactly what you want and don’t want and ask for the price before they do your nails. They are VERY sketchy!

If I could give them a zero, I would. We called and asked if we could come in at 7 and he said yes they could take us at 7. We waited over a half hour and my friend finally got taken .... she was almost done (only about 5 minutes left of her nails ) when he started to come over to me. Sorry, but no. I’ll give my business to someone else.

The girl that did my nails was pretty good. I got a French manicure, the tips was mostly cover just one or two nails not fully cover. Before starting the lady said “can you pay me now” and I was like sure and I asked how much. She said 50 and I was like what and I said that poster said 15 and I said how much again and she said 15 probaly just not really good English. Over all it was good just waiting and timing plus some manners.

I’m embarrassed by how terrible my nails look. The shaping is terrible and after talking me into paying for gel nail polish, it’s peeled off! Gel polish isn’t supposed to come off! My nails look horrible and I’m never going to this salon again. Not to mention the man doing my nails had nasty breath.

Best acrylic mani I have ever had! Not only was my technician skilled and friendly but she wasted no time. I was in and out not wasting a minute! Not crazy about the mall location but worth it. So glad stopped?
